The Apres Surf Sock is a cuff-down dk or worsted weight sock pattern with 2x2 ribbing, a cable rib pattern, and short row heel. Pattern includes 2 sizes for each sock weight (Worsted Adult Std, Worsted Adult L) [DK Adult Std, DK Adult Large]. Inspired by the desire to slip your chilly feet into the coziest socks after a day in the ocean. These socks are the perfect quick project and a great way to dip your toe (wink wink) into sock knitting. This pattern is best suited for advanced beginner knitters and above.

Gauge:
DK Weight: 24st x 35rows = 4x4"

Worsted Weight: 20st x 30 rows = 4x4"

Needles:

• Worsted Weight Socks

  • 4.0 mm needles in your small-circumference knitting preference

• DK Weight Socks

  • 3.5 mm in your small-circumference knitting preference

Yarn: DK or Worsted weight wool/wool blend yarn

• Yardage is dependent on leg length and foot size.

• 100g is sufficient for all sizes
